I spent a summer doing freelance work for for CR’s website. I researched, created flows and wireframes, for a single sign on solution that allows customers to view multiple products through a single account. Challenges included figuring out how to create a sign on solution across web, app, and print accounts with the least amount of customer dissatisfaction.
